Liquid Gel Light Acrylgel is an innovative material for strengthening, leveling, and extending nails.
Light Acrylgel is a combination of polygel and base. It is composed of more than half (60-80%) acrylic copolymer, the main component of polygel, and a small amount of hydroxyethyl methacrylate HEMA (about 20-30%), the main component of base coatings. It can completely replace bases.
- Wavelength for polymerization: 365-405 nm
- UV/LED lamp power: 36-48W
- Allowable coating thickness: 0.5 mm at the edge / 1 mm at the apex
Features:
- Acid-free, medium consistency
- Medium pigmentation, covers the free edge
- Full polymerization in 120 seconds
- Suitable only for nail strengthening and extension
- Good amortization
- When strengthening with this gel, the natural nail must be filed
- Requires a base layer with Rubber Base LUNAmoon
- Can be additionally heated to make the gel thinner
Simple and universal method for STRENGTHENING with Liquid Gel Light Acrylgel:
1. Removal.
2. Do not file the nail shape, or leave an extra 2 mm of length to be filed and removed after leveling.
3. File the nail with a 220 grit file without strong pressure, lifting the scales of the nail plate, or use a 100 grit buffer.
4. Perform a manicure.
5. Degrease the nail using Nail Prep from LUNAmoon.
6. Use a primer if desired, but if the base for the underlay has sufficient acidity, a primer is not needed.
7. Apply Rubber Base Lunamoon as an underlay: cure in the lamp for 60 seconds.
8. Remove the stickiness.
9. Level, making a gap from the cuticle of 0.5-1 mm with the gel and cure in the lamp for 90 seconds.
10. File the shape after leveling; this is necessary to create thickness at the edge that will support the free edge.
11. For better wear, the natural nail should be filed; if this is not done, there will be separations at the free edge of the nail.
12. After filing, remove the stickiness.
13. Apply gel polish if needed.
14. Apply LUNAmoon TOP and cure for 120 seconds.
After curing, do not wipe the nails with anything, as this may lead to loss of shine.
