Shipping & Handling

We offer free shipping on orders of 150$. This offer excludes bulky items from equipment section.

The shipping options may vary based on the delivery address, the time of purchase, and availability of items. 

We aim for next day shipping on orders placed  between Monday and Friday before 12 PM EST. 

All orders placed during the weekend will be shipped the following business day.

We ship with USPS Ground, USPS First Class or Priority Mail, with tracking included.

Purchase Agreement

By making a purchase with us you are agreeing to all terms and conditions of our delivery partners.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email, once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You are responsible for checking your shipment progress. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS.

Returns & Exchanges Policies

We accept returns & exchanges of undamaged, unopened, unused products that are in their new, original conditions, within 14 days from the original date of purchase.

We will not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used, opened, or otherwise damaged or altered from their original conditions.

It is the responsibility of the customer to cover all expenses related to the return/exchange shipping and handling.

WE REQUIRE SCREENSHOTS OR OTHER PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE IN ORDER TO PROCESS RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR DAMAGED/MISSING ITEMS.

Purchase Order Responsibilities

 

Ownership of packages turned over to U.S.P.S transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS, along with your order from us. So any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. After the order is shipped, it is out of our control, and we recommend that you select USPS Priority or Express shipping service, for the most comprehensive delivery services.

 

Incorrect Addresses Policy

Please make sure your address is correct before placing an order. We will not be responsible for incorrect addresses.

Lost and Stolen Packages

Nailsquad is not liable for any lost or stolen packages under any circumstances.

Customs, Duties and Taxes 

Nailsquad Supply is not responsible for any customs duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

Nailsquad is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
