Milky Top Coat is a non-sticky top coat with a delicate semi-transparent milky shade. It has a medium consistency, self-levels well, and does not yellow after drying in the lamp. How to use:

2. Cure for 2 minutes in an LED/hybrid lamp (or 3 minutes in a UV lamp) for a perfect glossy effect. Let it cool down after curing
