The base is a medium consistency, self leveling. It does not require a dark color layer underneath since it has optimal color pigmentation.
How to use:
1.After performing manicure, prepare the nail bed and apply a thin layer of clear rubber base.
2.Remove sticky layer.
3.Apply cat eye base in the exact same order as you apply any camouflage base performing nail bed straightening. Move the magnet In order you want the color to reflect.
4.Dry for 160 seconds.
