LUNAmoon Acid Free Base for gel polish, 13-30ml
Acid free base is an elastic, transparent, acid-free base for leveling nails.
Features:
- Medium consistency, self-leveling.
- Provides wearability for 3 weeks.
- Very elastic and acid-free.
- Easy to remove by filing or with liquid.
- Suitable for pedicures.
- Does not burn under the lamp.
- Not suitable for long nails, except as a base under another base/gel.
- Suitable for people with allergies to acids in materials.
- Can be used on damaged nails.
- Lamp power for drying — 48 W (only original lamps should be used).
Application method:
1. Removal.
2. Do not file the nail shape. Alternatively, leave an extra 2 mm of length, which will be filed and removed after leveling.
3. Use a 220 grit file to lightly buff the nail surface, raising the scales of the nail plate, or use a 100 grit buffer.
4. Manicure.
5. If you work with removers, wash your hands with soap and water after using them.
6. Degrease the nail. This should be done in two stages. Use 4 wipes. One wipe for 5 fingers. In the first stage, wipe the nail surface. In the second stage, take an orange stick, wrap it with a wipe, and wipe the cuticle and sidewalls.
7. Dehydrator.
8. Apply LUNAmoon #ultrabond or #primer. Before application, wipe the brush with a lint-free wipe to remove any excess. Apply the #ultrabond with a semi-dry brush to 5 fingers (free edge and sidewalls). Wait 1 minute for the #ultrabond to absorb into the nail. This step is optional as the base wears well even without primer and #ultrabond.
9. Apply a layer of LUNAmoon Acid free base. It's best to use a flat gel brush with rubbing motions. Ensure all sidewalls of the nail are covered. Cure for 30 seconds.
10. Remove the stickiness.
11. Level with Acid free base. Cure under the lamp for 60 seconds.
12. File the shape after leveling. This is needed to form a thickness at the tip, which will support the free edge.
13. After filing, remove the stickiness and cover with a thin layer of gel polish or camouflage base.
14. Apply top coat and cure for 120 seconds. After curing, do not wipe with anything as it may lose its shine.
